Anusara® Yoga CLASSES
Anusara® (a-nu-sar-a), means "flowing with Grace" and "following your heart". Founded by John Friend in 1997, Anusara® is a style of hatha yoga that unifies a life-affirming philosophy with elegant principles of physical alignment to allow the yoga student to move from the inside out, from their hearts, while also learning how to move their bodies in dynamic, playful and conscious ways. Students of all levels of ability and yoga experience are honored for their unique differences, limitations, and talents, which are celebrated through the yoga poses on the mat. Classes are often dynamic in nature, with a strong focus on clear alignment, sometimes being playful and always uplifting. All Yoga classes are 90 minutes.
