booty Barre®

 

The Booty Barre® class blends together the best of Pilates, ballet, calisthenics, and yoga for a high-energy workout that will transform your body. Because each Booty Barre® class is designed to keep your heart rate up, you'll gain cardiovascular endurance while enhancing your balance, body awareness, flexibility, and posture. In addition, you'll streamline, tighten, and realign your body, creating a long, lean dancer physique that is strong yet fluid.

 

This no-impact workout has no jumping or punching and will lengthen and strengthen your body without building bulk. The techniques you will learn in The Booty Barre® class will help increase your resting metabolism, which will allow you to burn more calories and fat while you are at rest.

 

Each class lasts between 50-55 minutes and will start with a warm-up. There will be an upper body workout followed by a total body ballet barre. Each class concludes with deep abdominal work.
