FreemotionMind 2 Body™ is shaking up fitness with the Freemotion i.Tonic Vibration Platform which compliments the training experience. Utilized before a Pilates and /or GYROTONIC® session to initially warm-up and / or after a session to relax and cool down, the i.Tonic can also be integrated into a training session for strength training purposes to enhance specific fitness goals.
