Initial Private Session

This initial 50 minute private session is a prerequisite to all private and group classes. All first time students / clients must begin with this initial private session.

Beginner Workshop

This class begins on the 1st Saturday of the month at 2 pm. This workshop is 4 weeks long. It is limited to 10 participants. Familiarize yourself with GYROKINESIS®: the languaging, concepts, methodology and principles that make up this unique discipline.
