Pilates Tower Classes

The Pilates Tower is sometimes referred to as the ½ Cadillac or trapeze table. This unique apparatus is a horizontal table with a tall wooden frame on one end. This frame has an assortment of levers, springs and strap attachments. The tower utilizes spring-based resistance with the push-through bar, roll back bar, leg springs and arm springs to challenge and strengthen the entire body.


We limit group classes to seven students to ensure a safe and effective workout. A certified instructor will lead the class in unison through a sequence of appropriately leveled tower choreography. These exciting classes combines mat work as well as a multitude of exercises utilizing the special tower frame. The tower workout requires a great level of control and provides deeper flexibility. All of these classes will cover the classic syllabus with an emphasis on form, transitions, and rhythm. All classes are 50 minutes in duration.
