Pilates Training & Certification
Mind 2 Body™ offers an authentic pilates certification program. Mind 2 Body’s teacher training program is the most comprehensive and intensive program in the world. We teach students classical pilates and pride ourselves on instilling not only the classical repertoire but how to teach. Mind 2 Body™ recognizes that there is no formula for teaching. Instead, we encourage you to refine your eye and your ability to teach the body that is in front of you always.
TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM
Pilates Module 1 (Beginner) Pre-Training: June 19th 2pm-6pm June 20th 10am-2pm
Foundation Training: July 16th 4pm-6:30pm July 17th 2pm-6pm July 18th 12pm-6pm
Pilates Module 2 (Intermediate) Pre-Training: August 20-22 (Time: TBD) Foundation Training: September 24-26 (Time: TBD)
Pilates Module 3 (Advanced) Pre-Training: November 5-7 (Time: TBD) Foundation Training: December 3-5 (Time: TBD)
Price: Pre-Training: $500 per session. Pre-Training is required if you plan on taking the foundation training. Foundation Training: $2000 per session, or $5000 if you buy all three at the same time.

Prerequisite HoursWe require 75 previous pilates sessions be taken through a classical pilates studio and / or certified instructor. If you have had or are presently taking sessions with a comparable studio, please contact us to determine session requirements.
Written ApplicationContact us to request an application for consideration. Send your application as well as one recommendation letter. The letter of recommendation should be from your pilates instructor.
Practical EvaluationAfter we have received your application, we will contact you to set up an appointment for your evaluation. You will be evaluated on an intermediate system workout and your understanding of the general purpose of each exercise including order, transitions and execution. This includes mat and reformer at the intermediate level.
