The GYROTONIC® training process
Progression of requirements to become a certified GYROTONIC® instructor:
20 hours of private sessions with a certified instructor
- This can cost $75-$90 per hour depending on your instructor's rate.
- This portion can cost $1250 - $1800
Pre-Training with an Authorized Pre-Trainer
- The purpose of the Pre-Training Course is to prepare the student physically for the Foundation Teacher Training Course. Therefore the main focus is on the physical execution of the essential exercises according to the Pre-Training Course Exercise List.
- $850 course fee + $200 studio fee = $1050 total
Foundation Training Course with a Master Trainer
- Through this Course, Master Trainers introduce teaching techniques and principals underlying the Exercise Syllabus Level 1, as taught on the Pulley-Tower Combination Unit. The student learns to conceive of and prepare individual GYROTONIC® Training Programs.
- $1500 course fee + $350 studio fee = $1850 total
30 hours of apprentice teaching
- Apprentice hours must be done no more than 12 months from the completion of the Foundation Training Course.

- $20 per hour studio rental fee
- Cost for this portion is $600
Apprentice review workshop with an Authorized Master Trainer
- Also known as Supervised Apprentice Hours with an Authorized Master Trainer
- $700 Master Trainer fee + $300 studio fee = $1000 total
Another 30 hours of apprentice teaching
- $20 per hour studio rental fee
- Cost for this portion is $600
Final certification in Miami
- Your final certification must be taken with method creator Juliu Horvath in Miami.
- Final certification cost = $350
Total cost of the entire GYROTONIC® level 1 certification: $6,700 - $7,300

The Gyrokinesis® Training Process

20 HOURS OF PRIVATE SESSIONS WITH A CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR
- This can cost $15-$25 per class.
- This portion can cost $300 - $500
Pre-Training with an Authorized Pre-Trainer
- $550 course fee + $200 studio fee = $750 total
Level 1 Teacher Training
- $950 course fee + $250 studio fee = $1200 total
30 Hours of Apprentice Teaching
- You must teach a minimum of 30 one-hour GYROKINESIS® classes.
- You may incur a studio rental fee of $20 per hour if you are not teaching a regular studio class. Please contact the studio owner for more info.
- If a studio rental fee is incurred, your cost would be up to $600
Supervised Apprentice Review
- $350 course fee + $150 studio fee = $500 total
FINAL CERTIFICATION IN MIAMI
- Your final certification must be taken with method creator Juliu Horvath in Miami.
- Final certification cost = $350
TOTAL COST OF THE ENTIRE gyrokinesis® LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION: $3,700 - $3,900
