PILATES MAT TRAINING COURSES:

Pre-Trainings I, II, III

Mind 2 Body™ Studio is excited to offer Pre-Training classes for clients who are interested in beginning the Pilates Certification process or wish to deepen their personal Pilates practice. The goal of the Pre-Training program (I, II and III) is to refine each client’s understanding of the basic movements that are the foundation of each level of Pilates (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Pre-Training is also a great way for clients to enhance their personal practice, since  Pre-Training emphasizes learning and mastering movement’s in one’s own body rather than teaching them. Pre-Training is open to everyone: both clients and teachers are welcome.
